Connected Smart & Sustainable Cities and Communities Conference 2023

The CSSCC Conference, organized by the Open & Agile Smart Cities network (OASC), is an unique global opportunity for cities, regions, towns as well as national and international policy makers and businesses to connect to the forefront of human-centric societal development shaped by real-time connected technologies, markets and policy in the 21st century.

The Open & Agile Smart Cities network (OASC), is a focused effort – driven by cities, backed by industry – to establish a global smart city market based on simple standard mechanisms for interoperability and exchange of data, especially real-time data from connected devices, since this is where the main challenges are.

OMEGA-X

The upcoming conference consists of the Community Day on the 17th and the Conference Day on the 18th in Brussels. Pedro Pimenta of the University of Maia (ISMAI) will participate in the panel session on dataspaces (10h00-11h00) and will go deeper into the works done within OMEGA-X in this domain and especially the goals for the city of Maia (Portugal) in the field of energy-based service improvements and innovation.

Meet OMEGA-X also during the breaks in the partner zone and learn more about how the project aims to address the current problem of low availability of data for innovative uses in the energy sector and beyond.

We look forward to meeting you there!
