On 3 and 4 June OMEGA-X partner UCP conducted in the University of Maia a business models workshop for the project and its pilots focussing on the sustainability of the work beyond the project duration.
The focus lay on developing the first version of a viable and scalable business model for each of the project’s pilots and services solutions.
Thanks to the participants’ enthusiasm, the workshop supported the significant progress in creating practical and scalable business models, laying a strong foundation for the success of the OMEGA-X project.
For the next steps, the UCP team will dive into reviewing the developed business models, provide valuable feedback to the pilot and services teams, and then kick off the exciting task of developing the business model for the OMEGA-X marketplace.
